The Pirouettes, composed of duo Nick Nylen & Angie Fisher, is a whole truly greater than the some of its parts. Their debut record, Homewrecked, fuses together an eclectic mix of influences, from the organic, overdub-ridden collaboration of Les Paul & Mary Ford to the post-punk, detached stompiness of The Strokes.
